This is a powerful metal oxidizer that’ll work on BARE metal surfaces, to rust however you apply it! It will not work on painted metal, or metal with plastic/polyurethane coatings! It has different reactions with different metal surfaces, but the most common outcome is a rusted, oxidized look!
